How to remove annoying pop up asking for password?

Hey,

I've been lately having this issue with a pop up window asking for my password. I've logged into my bitbucket account, I've deleted and added my user on Sourcetree and made sure that the password is valid. However, this message won't go away. Any advice?

Try removing any keychain items saved for the bitbucket account and add the account in Sourcetree's preferences. And when you do, please double check that the new items were added to keychain and are accessible to Sourcetree.

Thanks for they reply. I've connected my bitbucket account on Sourcetree and I've deleted all old keychains from my keychain library, but the new ones aren't created. Therefore, when I try to clone from bitbucket, push or pull on Sourcetree, all I get is the pop up that won't go away even though I give the correct username and password.Screen Shot 2018-02-04 at 17.19.31.png
