How to download gerrit changeset

Hi,

We are using Gerrit in our project for reviewing code. I (and some other developers) are using sourcetree. It works pretty well with gerrit. However there is one issue I haven't managed to resolve so far.

Is it possible to fetch gerrit patch with sourcetree?

I'd assume not. Unless you can script it out and run the script in SourceTree (http://blog.sourcetreeapp.com/2012/02/08/custom-actions-more-power-to-you/).
