How to add a Custom Action to project tab for convenience

I  created some custom actions，but I need to find them by clicking: Actions -> Custom Actions -> MyCustomAction.

I was wondeing how can I put them on the tab bar, so I can access them through Just One Click, which is very convenient for everyone else in my team.
