Dear sir,
Why I cant open the source-tree on window?

I have the same problem.
maybe this happen after update windows version.
as same, I have tried uninstalling and installing，the problem still.
but i find some info from the windows event log

Have you downloaded and installed the client locally?

Go to the Sourcetree website and click the download button.

From the ZIP file you download, click the application file (EXE for Windows or DMG for Mac) to download
