How do i connect to Azure DevOps SERVER

hello guys,

I've been searching all over the internet, and all i see are people saying to connect using

<myusr>.visualstudio.com or the newer dev.azure blah blah, but what about folks using on premise TFS Server, i've read this just uses windows auth/pass through auth, but it also supports pat tokens. Our url is something along the lines of https://tfsroot/tfs/whatever

Does sourcetree support connecting to on premise installations of ADO?

Thanks
