I am starting to use SiteGround.com for a host and wanted to know how I can take my MAMP Magento and push it up to my account on SiteGround?

Unless SiteGround has an option for deploying your website via Git or Mercurial (like Heroku for example), then SourceTree won't help you with this, you'd need a regular FTP-style product.
