How do I accomodate Gitflow with remotes with Source Tree?

Edited

https://s.natalian.org/2022-03-23/dev-stg-prd.mp4 describes my problem.

We have a work flow where our teams does something like:

1. git push - dev is the source of truth & origin

2. git push stg - remote is on a different AWS account, this pushes HEAD (latest dev commit)

3. git push prd $STG_HASH - once stg is tested, we then push $STG_HAND to remote prd

I don't know how to accommodate this flow with a user who uses Sourcetree. Can you please help?
