GitLab Account Unable to authenticate with SourceTree for Mac 3.2.1

Edited

I have a problem when retrieving remote repositories on GitLab, there is no remote repositories shown up in the list. Secondly, I have input a correct personal access token into the source tree, but not sure why it doesn't work.

Hope Atlassian Team will help me resolve this issue.

Hi Lee Li,

Thanks for reaching out. Note that during the set up at some points the wizard will ask you for the access token and at some other point you might need to enter your personal password.

To help us find what is failing, could you provide some more context:

  1. Can you describe the steps you took to connect Sourcetree and Gitlab?
  2. Do you own those repositories? Or are they from a Team/Enterprise account?
  3. Have you granted the access token with the right scopes to access the repositories?

Regards,

Ana

Step 1:

I have obtained a Personal Access Token with all the privilege granted from git lab.

Step 2:

I use the given Personal access token with my gitlab username sign in to sourceTree

Step 3:

The GitLab account is authenticated.

Step 4:

When I try to list all the remote repositories from GitLab, it doesn't show up any remote repositories from GitLab
