I'm using SourceTree 2.7.1 (159) on MacOS.
When I try to finish a release, it only merge the changes on release to master branch only (develop ignored), and the local release branch does not removed after the process is finished.
We are investigating this issue and will be fixed in the next release. In the meanwhile, feel free to switch to system git if you need to as a workaround for this issue.
You need getopt to make this work. You can follow the Post Installation setup from Installing-on-Mac-OS-X to get this working. We are trying to get this fixed for the next release.

I seem to have the same problem. Can you confirm that this problem is still not fixed in 3.1.3 on Windows?
