I got a "We are currently experiecing difficulties" message and i can't get my licence.
I used GoogleChrome, Firefox, etc and the same page appears.
Neither trying in the application for windows, i got a message like this ""
( I checked the status page and everything is Ok)
What i should do?

Ok, it's solved.
Seems like i should complete my profile (billing details) before asking for a licence.
