I triggered a pull command and wondered why it took so long.
Checking "Shows Full Output" revealed a stream of "Access denied" messages (see screenshot).
Only after many seconds (>60?) it would eventually stop with an error message.
Expectation is that Sourcetree retries only for a few times, if at all, but not that often (or that long). So reduce timeout and/or retry count.
Hi
That dialog shows the output of the git command itself.
Under certain circumstances Sourcetree will repeat the same command 3 times if necessary, but this is usually due to authentication issues to allow the user to enter new credentials and re-run the command, its probably not what is happening this time.
Do you get the same behaviour running the git command from the terminal?
No, when I open the Terminal from within SourceTree and paste the copied command line, it's asking for my password.

Thanks for the update.
It seems likely its due to the authentication prompt, but we will investigate.
