External Diff Tool: Pass set of changed files to external tool.

There are other git-cui-clients, where it is possible to pass all changed files of a commit to the folder compare of the diff tool. In folder compare view of the diff tool it is possilbe to navigate throught the folder structure und select single files for file comparison.

Is this possible to do this in Sourcetree?
