I recently found that SourceTree (3.3.9) often loads the source file in the editor when I just click on the file on "Staged filed" list or "Unstaged files" list to view the changes. I prefer to have single click not to load the entire file, but could not find an apparent way in Tools-Options to customize such behavior.
Your question is little vague and relatively hard to understand you can Just go to the advanced search for problems and enter the JQL search which defines the problems you want to work on. Then click on the ellipses and select Bulk Edit. Follow the instructions on the screen.
