Recently updated to 4.0.1 and noticed that GitHub Enterprise accounts are still locked down to Basic Authentication. My organization recently sent out a noticed that GitHub Enterprise is about to deprecate Basic in support for Personal Access Tokens (PAT) for OAuth.
