Configuring a github account freezes on mac

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I try to finish the github configuration in order to add a github account in sourcetree I had redirected to the github page in order to provide access to sourcetree but after that page close sourcetree app remains like this.
