Comment je peux synchroniser le sourcetree après changement de l'emplacement d'un fichier ?

J'ai changé l'emplacement d'un fichier, il a disparu du Sourcetree et j'ai pas pu le récupérer, comment je peux faire pour le modifier et le faire apparaître de nouveau, et surtout comment je peux continuer à travailler sur la même branche?

Hi

I hope I've understood your question correctly. 

If you have moved the file but it has not yet been committed it should appear in the File Status view either with a deleted status, if it has been moved out of the repository, or a moved status.

If the moved file has been committed, I'd suggest using the Log View and the Search view to look back through the commits and find where the file moved from/to.
