Clone repos from AzureDevOps error: RPC failed; curl 56 Failure when receiving data from the peer

We finially find a workaround to this issue. 

Actually, we have 2 environments, one can clone repo successfully, while the other cannot.

The most important factor for successfully clone repo is Git version should be 2.30.2.

We failed because Git version is 2.47.1. 

We haven't tried yet to see if upgrading Git to a different version still makes cloning possible.

That's what we will try to do next.
