Clicking a branch in the sidebar does not jump to the tip commit in the commit history window

Kevin H March 16, 2018
  • Click a branch different from the currently selected one on the left sidebar in any repository
  • Expect to see the selected row in the commit history window jump to the newly selected branch, but nothing happens the first time. You have to select another branch, then re-select the originally selected branch to get the commit history window to catch up.

Hi Kevin,

This is a variant of the stash bug I commented on. Essentially the content view gets "stuck" on a selection and doesn't update in response to sidebar's new selection. As before, our apologies for the hiccup.

Any updates? This is a pretty annoying bug affecting productivity everyday for like the last 3 years.
