Is there a way to configure which terminal I want to use?
The only option I found is to choose between git bash and cmd.
I'm wondering if it is possible to use Powershell.
Hi, no I'm afraid. SourceTree for Windows currently only supports Git Bash for Git and Cmd for Mercurial
With the 'posh-git' PowerShell module, the experience is great.
All that's missing is for SourceTree to support launching PowerShell instead of cmd. Seems trivial, no?

I totally agree! Is there any way a feature could be implemented to choose your desired terminal like you can with Visual Studio Code, and GitHub Desktop?

Haha it's 2021 and Atlassian thinks it should be using cmd.exe, the 33 year old terminal.
Absolutely all Microsoft's efforts in the past decade have been into Powershell. How could they not notice?
