After the SourceTree update to v2.5.4.0.
We are not able to switch the branch. we are getting error.

Yes it is working now i was running on system Git version 2.6.4. I than updated embedded Git to latest version and switch to Git version to embedded. After than its working fine.

Can i have 1 more information when the source tree will be available for Ubuntu version?

Can I check what version of Git you are running? That option was added in Git 2.7.0?
We would definitely recommend upgrading Git if you are running a version older than that.
However Sourcetree should cope with older versions, I've raised https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-8534 and we will look into it.
For now I would suggest either upgrading Git or reverting to 2.4.8.0 for now.
