Hello Svyatoslav and welcome to the Community!

To understand a bit more about the issue you’re having with the Sourcetree installs, we’ll need a bit more information. Could you please provide any events thrown within the Windows event log during the attempted install? Additionally, any screenshots of the errors or prompts will also prove helpful.

We look forward to hearing back to help get Sourcetree installed.

Regards,
Stephen Sifers

Sure!Thank for the response.

I'm new at this, so i'm not sure if this is right screen shots.

Hello,

The screenshots you sent are showing errors with the MMC snap-in for Windows. Looks like you're unable to access the event viewer on your system. We'll need to get access to your event viewer within Windows to see what the logs are displaying.

Stephen Sifers

Hello!

You can tell me exactly how i can show you a problem?

Svyato
