Cannot push to GitHub on macOS 12.0.1

Hi everyone,

I keep trying to push to my remote repo but Sourcetree just hangs and never actually pushes my branch. I am on macOS Monterey v 12.0.1 and am using Sourcetree 4.1.5 (241)
