This has just started happening, whenever I use the terminal and try to run commands such as git pull origin master I will recieve an output similar to
error: cannot spawn C:\Users\Test\AppData\Local\SourceTree\app-2.1.2.5\tools\putty: No such file or directory
fatal: unable to fork
Thank you.
Hi Adam! This error doesn't seem to be related to SourceTree itself.
Are you using SSH? It's possible that your GIT_SSH environmental variable is pointing to and if that path has a space in it. It could also be that you need to update the SSH Client path in Settings >Network.
I've also done some research on the message you're getting and I found someone else who was experiencing it, you can read how they solved it at Error cannot spawn.
Hope this helps!
Ana
