Hello,

I am able to access my bitbucket account with no issues and check the repositories I have access, however, I recently reinstall SourceTree in my laptop and now I am having issues adding back my account.

Options>Authentication> Accounts> Add Bitbucket Server > Error fail to check login user

As mentioned before I have no issues accessing the repositories in website, I have an account using a working email, using Microsoft SSO. No matter what I add as user name (email, employee #), actual password, old password, Sourcetree is still unable to validate my Bitbucket account (VPN connected), hence I cannot perform any pull/push/fetch actions without seeing Git Credential Manager asking for user and password to access git and the repositories I can see in the website.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,

Jonathan
