Can't see or commit my changes in Sourcetree

I'm pretty new to git, so I'm struggling to solve this on my own.

After making changes to my files the source tree shows me:

The "commit" tab shows there's a change to commit, but the "file status" doesn't. It's not possible to commit or push anything.

I tried refreshing, uninstall ang reinstall sourcetree- nothing helps.
