Can't locate kiln repo

I'm trying to clone repos in the form of but keep receiving the following:

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The System cannot find the file specified

fatal: repository  '' not found.

Now, I've tried prefixing my username (which is not an email) like so - but that doesn't work either.

I'm positive of my username and the repo path because a normal clone command works as expected:

hg clone

realm: kiln
user: username
password: **********

Is there some setup I'm missing in the Sourcetree client? None of the seemingly related questions ( here, here, and here) have worked for me thus far.

Hi James, can you confirm you're using the full URL

Can you also send us a screenshot so we can see how are you trying to clone the repo in SourceTree?

Lastly, please remember to mention which Windows version are you using.

Best regards,

Hi Ana,

So ours is set up to be the form:

which isn't a normal kiln on-demand URL ( Is that kind of URL supported? Or is there some translation to that kind of URL that I could use?

Normally, I use TortoiseHg ( but I was hoping to be able to use Sourcetree as well.
