I try to install Sourcetree, I have an Atlassian account. When I click "Use an existing account" It takes me to Microsoft online login. I don't have a Microsoft account. It is a dead end. If I click go to My Atlassian, than it opens a web browser where I can see my licence only. Another dead end.
Is there a way to install Sourcetree without having a Google or Microsoft account?
Hi! You don't need a Microsoft account to use Sourcetree, all you need is an Atlassian account. During the installation process, Sourcetree should redirect you to https://my.atlassian.com to allow you to sign in, and that's all. One thing to note, make sure you have the latest Internet Explorer version, as Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication.
If you're still having this issue, can you please send us a screenshot of when you're redirected to the Microsoft account?
Best regards :)
Ana
We had an issue with our company account. That caused the issue. It is solved now.
