I'm assuming you were able to install Sourcetree on your Mac, but you're having difficulties to register the product with your Atlassian account, is this correct? If so, we'll need more info to troubleshoot this issue:
- Are you selecting Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server?
- Can you try accessing id.atlassian.con directly using your browser and see if it works?
- When it gets stuck, do you get any error message? Does the page keep loading forever? Please send us a screenshot.
