Can login but cant press next on install

A dev is asking me to install sourcetree on a windows server 2012, not r2.  This machines is setup with chrome as the default browser since IE sucks. 

 

When we try and install the software we can do the web login, through crhome, and grant access, but the installer never allows the Next button to be pressed.  

 

Any ideas how to fix this?
