Bitbucket account not connecting - SourceTree

I initially connected my Bitbucket account and can now see all my repos in SourceTree. However, now it seems to be disconnected and I'm unable to reconnect. Here are the steps I'm following:

  1. Go to SourceTree > Preference > Accounts, I see an "!" next to my account.
  2. Double click on said account.
  3. Click on "Connect Account"
  4. Enter credentials (email and password)
  5. Click "login"

The result: It loads for a bit, then I go back to where I started and the account is still disconnected.

Note: I have the latest version of SourceTree for Mac.

Hi Zaina! Have you changed your credentials recently? Can you try logging in to https://bitbucket.org/account/signin/ and see if it works?

If it does, then try wiping Sourcetree preferences and add your credentials again by following the steps at Connect Sourcetree to your Bitbucket account.
