Hi UC Jira,

When are you getting this error? Are you trying to authenticate via the command line, or via Sourcetree?

If you're using Sourcetree directly, you can try Wiping Sourcetree preferences.

If you're still encountering this problem, please reset your password at https://id.atlassian.com, log in to https://bitbucket.org to make sure they work, and then when you're asked for your credentials in Sourcetree, make sure you're entering the new ones.

Let us know how it goes!

Ana
