My colleagues and I are having an issue every time we open up Options in SourceTree. When we go to Tools->Options, a dialog pops up with an error message (image attached). We can hit ignore or retry a few times (usually 3x) to get it to go away and then we are able to change anything that is needed. If we try to save anything, the same error message will display when we are leaving the settings window. Again, hitting retry or ignore a couple of times will get it to go away. If we hit abort, it closes out what we were trying to do.
I cannot seem to find any other posts about people having a similar issue. It is something that we can work around, but it is an annoyance and has some of my team members wanting to use different tools for our Git GUI.
I have tried deleting the password file since it mentions credentials and I have also updated to the latest version of SourceTree (v3.4.11).

@Mukesh Kumar - thanks for the reply. I am still seeing the same issue. Tried restarting computer too just to make sure. All git-related credentials were removed.
