Anyone else unable to get SourceTree 3.1.2 to respond?

I'm on SourceTree for Windows 3.0.17. Works great.

It is alerting me that SourceTree 3.1.2 is available.

I have taken the upgrade, but as soon as it restarts it stops responding - like in Windows you see it says "SourceTree (Not Responding)" and it takes about 20% CPU. I left it like this for about 10 minutes and it never came back.

I did a clean uninstall, removed all my user settings from %LOCALAPPDATA%, the whole thing, and downloaded a new copy from sourcetreeapp.com. It's still 3.0.17 there.

I installed and immediately took the upgrade. On restart, same result - "SourceTree (Not Repsonding)".

I did yet another clean reinstall of 3.0.17 and I'm not taking the upgrade this time. I'm curious if anyone else has seen this and what the fix might be.
