All of a sudden cannot push to GitHub repository

Please help.  I have fiddled with this for an hour with no success.  I can push changes from SourceTree to GitHub with Basic authentication, but not with OAuth + HTTPS.  OAuth + HTTPS worked before.  Since GitHub says they will phase out Basic, I need a solution.  Any thoughts?  I am using Mac OSX 10.15.2 and SourceTree 4.0.1.  Thanks.

After digging further, I think that I need to have GitHub authorize SourceTree.  Another organization that I am owner of, has restrictions.  However, I have not found the way to get SourceTree to ask GitHub for permissions so that I can approve.  Any thoughts?
