ソースツリーでのPushについて

Pushをしようとすると上記のエラーが表示されます。
Bitbucketを使用しております。

３月からパスワード使用が変わったお知らせは拝見したのですが、新しい設定方法が分かっておりません。
アドバイスいただけないでしょうか。
