I just installed SourceTree 2.1.2.5 and noticed that tags in the left sidebar are shown as a plain list. It used to be a tree-like structure, so if I tagged commits as "Releases/2015/04/12", "Releases/2015/10/02" and "Releases/2015/10/25", it displayed them as

  • Releases
    • 2015
      • 04
        • 12
      • 10
        • 02
        • 25

That was a nice feature, as it was helping me organize history of releases and fixes in a manageable way. Can it be restored, at least as an alternative view in the Settings?

Totally agree.

Why would you remove this feature? Sometimes removing features for efficiency is not the best option.

I am already missing the old project tree we used to have to the left. It was a nice feature and I can understand they removed it for efficiency. But this??

Please bring it back the way it was, just like Brach tree is at the moment!

Thank you.

Thanks for the reference, we must have reported the issue on the same day. Good to hear it will be fixed soon.
