Source Tree super slow with Mapped Drive Edited

The local Git directory is on a windows server. We are using BitBucket.  Sourcetree is on my pc. Performance is really bad. I know we should not do that but that's the way it is for us, it cannot be changed.

Any idea how to improve the performance ?

Another idea I have, which I have no clue if it's possible, I was thinking to install source tree on the server and run Sourcetree "remotely". Is there's a web based Sourcetree ? I hope I was clear on my solution

Thanks

Real
