[Feature Request] SourceTree Issue reference

[Feature Request] SourceTree can add Issue reference when committing.

Eg. when we type # <- it will render the issue for this repo. It will be easy to reference and close the issue.

 

2. If there is an issue section to view all the open / close issue for developer to view or update it will be nice as well.
