Hi there,
we recently started a Rovo trial, but keep missing the built-in bots. We also use an app which provides a Rovo agent. Both of them are not showing up when I browse agents.
I've created on myself via UI and this agent shows up.
Did I miss some setting or does it take some time after the subscription?
Cheers,
paul
Any ideas? This blocks our testing phase...
Hey over here @Paul Pasler, that's not the expected behavior. I'll ask around to see what might cause this.

Thanks @devpartisan ,
in the meantime at least the app agent shows up on some instances, but the built-in ones are still missing. Let me know if you need further information about the affected instances.
Cheers,
paul

Hi @Paul Pasler , can you share a screenshot or more information about what you are seeing?
You should see 20 OOTB agents built by Atlassian, are you not seeing that in your browse agents modal?

Hi Alfredo,
on the instance I started the trial last week I am seeing this, when I browse agents
I have applied for a trial 2 weeks ago on another instance. There I can see all expected agents.
I've PM'ed you for instance details. (Can't do this here...)
Cheers,
paul

Thanks Paul, we're experiencing an issue with provisioning Atlassian-created agents for some instances, we're actively working on a fix.
If this issue isn't resolved by the end of this week, please feel free to reply to this thread again and I'll bring that feedback back to the team.

Hey @Paul Pasler , can you email me the tenant URL/Cloud ID for the instance experiencing this issue?
My email is ahuitron@atlassian.com. Want to make sure we capture it in our fix.

The problem has been resolved by Atlassian. Thanks for that!

@Alfredo Huitron @devpartisan ,

Just subscribed for Rovo and no built-in or app agents.
Please have a look at this.
Thanks in advance,
paul

I have the same issue on https://feratel.atlassian.net/
I subscribed for Rovo (trial) last week and out of the box agents were there, this week we cannot see them. It's pity because many colleagues are checking and giving feedback, what to tell them, are we going to have an access the next days until trial expires?
Thanks in advance
Anna

Hi @Anna Momkova and @Paul Pasler , sorry for the late response (this got lost in my email), can you send me an email if you're still experiencing this issue? ahuitron@atlassian.com.
