share comments

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Working with issues

How can I share comments internally vs share comments with customers if all the resources are part of the same JIRA help desk project?

Hello Saaim,

The Agent can choose at your issue. The agent have two comments buttons.

To internal comments only agents can see, to share comments the customers can see at Customer Portal.
