How do I set up administrative emails (like notices re: downtime) go to a second email address?

Hi Pamela,

It’s possible to change/add the Atlassian administrative email contact through my.atlassian.com, there is also the documentation as you can see on the following link:

https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#managingmyaccount-1

If you want to add other admin on JIRA/Confluence it’s possible to create a new user and setting this user as administrator, Here you can see more details: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Managing+Users:)
