Upgrade Issue

Kirk Tran September 5, 2012

After upgrading to 4.2.7, we are getting the following message:

Confluence has detected that there are 1,651 pages with macros that are not yet Confluence 4+ compatible. To ensure backwards compatibility, these macros are still being rendered as wiki markup when editing your pages.

When a user edits one of these pages, it's blank. Is there a way to bulk fix this? Our current workaround is to copy the content of affected page, remove page, create new page, and paste content.

Thanks,

Kirk

Hi

try go the confluence administration page and check the task list

you will find a task called "Update content with incompatible upgraded macros" run it again

but first make sure all plugins are upgraded and if you have a user macro also upgrade them
