Hi,
Where in confluence can I set a variable, that if typed will show up on any page?
Thx,
Kurt.
Hi,
This is similar, but it does not suit my needs.
When creating a template, you can specify the following:
$variable1 = bRx
$variable2 = HHq
Then, wherever on the page you place $variable1 it will show bRx
How can I set $variable1 in confluence, so then no matter what page/space I am in, when entering $variable1 or $variable 2, this will show the result?
Instead of updating each page with new information, I would just like to change the variable to then show on each page/space.
Thanks.
Kurt.
hi cogenesis,
do you mean macros?
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Examples+of+User+Macros
if that doesn't match your request please clearify what you mean by variables in confluence to show up on pages
cheers
