Service Desk admin tool not showing Service Desk options

We recently installed JIRA Service Desk on top of our existing JIRA Software. All on server.

In the Admin Tool of JIRA Service Desk projects, there are no visible menu options for the following:

  • Request Types
  • Request Security
  • Portal Settings
  • Email Settings
  • Confluence KB
  • SLAs
  • Automation

How can we fix this? We also get a 404 error when trying to navigate to the "Customer notifications" option in the Admin Tool.

Make sure that any administrators of the project are licensed users of JIRA Service Desk.

All are in groups jira-servicedesk-administrators and jira-servicedesk-users.

All administrators are in the Project Role of Administrator.
