Read text file from folder, Jira

I want to integrate Jira for my company tasks. I want to create a job to read from specific folder , where some files are uploaded.

These files are structured .txt files, which I have to read some data from. When an issue is open on Jira, I want to read the data automatically from the last file on the folder that the files are uploaded.

After the file is read, I want to be moved to another folder.

How I can do this, because I am new to Jira.

You're going to need to do some coding for this - you'll need a plugin that can provide a post-function that you can run when an issue goes through a relevant transition.

i have write some Java code to read from a text file.

But how to implement it in JIRA ?
