When I go to User access settings I see no option to edit. How do I stop users inviting people in, so we can manage requests through our IT Service Desk?

I don't manage to reproduce this view. As org admin, I see the possibility to amend the User invites like this -
As a User access admin or Site admin, I see this -
Is the problem still persisting for you? Have you tried other browsers?

I still do not see any options using Edge or Firefox. Does this mean we have none? I am an admin of the org.

Do you have one or more site names listed down your left menu?
Can you tell us which products you have in each site? This could affect how the page works.
Are you an Org Admin, or a User Access Admin ? You can double check this from the user list and searching for your name.
