This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Setting up queues for your team
We can assign ordinary JIRA issues from the filter list of issues screen, I want to do the same thing in Service Desk, particularly in the Unassigned queue but I don't see a way to make it happen.
I dont think so, you can do that, most possible way is to open by clicking on the issue key and assigning it to someone.
