Hi, I'm trying to register a new account from the domain @geprom.com (please edit this for privacy), and the verification email is not arriving to our Exchange servers.
I've seen similar posts about this topic, could you please check there is no bouncing on the email for this domain?

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, none of the options on the ticket list seems to fit to my issue.
The account I am logged now is not the same as the domain I'm trying to register a new account.
I have read this was hapenning before for other people, in other community threads.
