Unable to search questions in confluence

Hi Team,

 We are unable to search old questions in the confluence questions search.  It does not allow us to search for old questions. The questions are still out there, but I can't search for old questions in the search bar. Can anyone suggest how to search old questions in the search bar?

@Lakshmi CH your screenshot appears to be the Ask a Question dialog box. Have you searched in the actual search bar and found that questions are not being discplayed?

Yes @Andy Gladstone , It does not allow us to search for old questions. The questions are still out there, but I can't search for old questions in the search bar.
