Unable to create question in Questions for confluence

When I click on create question, in the new page I can't type texte in the box "What do you want to know?".

That should be correct- I'm assuming you are filling in text into the box before you click "Poser une question". If so, then next step is to ask Support about this.

Where are you clicking to create question? In the top menu bar?

Is it happening with other users on your instance too?
